
For many people, seeing a counsellor for the first time can be daunting. I hope to reassure you that although things may feel different at first, it does quickly become extremely easy.
With me, you will enter a space in which no judgement takes place. We often experience being given advice or being told what to do. However, I have been trained to enable you to find your own answers: to help you within a safe and confidential space to explore your own thoughts and emotions, to help you to explore how you react to these thoughts and emotions, and to help you gain a new level of awareness. With this new perspective you will gain the ability to move forward in a positive way that is right for you.
